Do not share Derma rollers. A derma roller can be reused after careful disinfection with 75% concentration of alcohol. Please check the needles when reusing the roller cartridge and only reuse up to 4 times.

How To Use The Bio Roller

• Soak the derma roller head in the disinfection basin provided for up to 10 minutes in 75% alcohol
• Double cleanse the skin with the silicone brush, wipe dry with a clean towel or face cloth
• Apply a serum suitable for microneedling to the skin before using the roller to prevent any drag
• Roll one area at a time with uniform pressure and speed passing over each section no more than 5 times
• Apply more serums now the microchannels are open to make sure you skin soaks up all the benefits
• Once you have finished using the roller use the disinfection basin to clean the roller
• Finish of with a sheet mask to lock in moisture

Depth And Needle Length Guidance

0.20 – 0.25mm = Better skin care absorption. Improving your skin condition. Very fine lines around sensitive areas.

0.3 – 0.5mm =  Better skin care absorption. Improving your skin condition. Very fine lines around sensitive areas. Eradicate potholes of dirt or dead tissue. Skin whitening and lifting. Prevent hair loss.

0.75 – 1.0mm = Remove light wrinkles on the face and around the eyes. Rejuvenate under eye area. Acne scaring and light pigmentations.

1.5mm = Remove deep wrinkles and scar. Improve sun damage pigmentations. mostly use on the face but can be used all over the body.

2.0mm = Remove Small injury scars & acne scars. Remove deep wrinkles around the Eyes.

Please note that main roller is 1.0mm in depth the mini roller is 0.5mm in depth and the stamp is 1.5mm in depth.

What Is The Difference?

When comparing a microneedling roller vs Dr Pen there are many similarities. However the main difference between them is that the motion with the Dr Pen is fully automated and powered by a motor. While derma roller has to be pressed into skin manually. This can take some practice and can be a lot more time consuming.

Unlike a Dr Pen device with replaceable cartridges it also requires sterilization after each use, this is because each derma roller can be used up to 4 times.
